According to the 4:1 relationship of the gold standard; those who hold $ARA can mint $USDR on the chain themselves. That is to say, $ARA worth 100U can mint $USDR worth 25U, which is equivalent to 400% overcollateralization. In addition users can stake $ARA and mint to obtain $USDR tokens. This is the only circulation medium of the DEGA application platform.
